According to the plan, the Conference on investment promotion in Dak Lak with the theme of "Potentials of Dak Lak - Opportunities of enterprises", is expected to take place on 10 March 2019 at Muong Thanh Luxury Buon Ma Thuot Hotel. The Conference is expected to see the presence of about 400 delegates from ministries, departments and central branches; leaders of some provinces and cities in the country; some provinces in countries with investment cooperation relations with Dak Lak such as Australia, Japan, Korea and Thailand; representatives of promotion and investment organizations, associations, domestic and foreign investors, etc. The Prime Minister will preside over the Conference.

In order to achieve the set objectives and requirements for the Conference, the Provincial People's Committee assigned provincial departments, branches and localities to urgently implement the preparation for the Conference.

The Conference aims to promote and invite investors in the fields of high-tech agriculture, organic agriculture, afforestation; post-harvest processing and preserving technology; wood processing; recycled energy; urban infrastructure, luxurious eco-tourism and resorts.

The Conference is also a place for domestic and foreign investors and businesses to study and explore investment opportunities and cooperation in Dak Lak; a forum for businesses, investors, credit institutions and ministries, central branches and provinces in the Central Highlands to meet, exchange and discuss policies, potentials, investment opportunities, and difficulties to attract investment into the key areas of the province. Besides, the Conference will contribute to strengthening exchanges, connection and trade between enterprises and investors inside and outside the province.
